Now that I have birthed my son, I can confidently say that continuing exercising throughout my pregnancy and following other practitioners instructions was the best outcome/decision for me. Not only did it help me physically but also mentally.
I felt that I was providing my baby with strength and power to grow into a strong little human. I felt prepared for birth, in whichever way it was going to go. It did result in a natural, smooth, magical and empowering birth.
I wanted to create a pregnancy fitness Ebook for other women to feel this. Providing all the information for what is needed along the way to guide you through your fitness journey as a mumma. It is ok to train throughout as long as you listen to your body. You don’t have to listen to people telling you to stop. Again, as long as you listen to your body!
I want other mummas to feel empowered. A miracle is growing inside of you. Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and loved more than you know.
If you put effort into your pregnancy, I can reassure you those end results will show. Please remember everyone’s journey is different, however I know for a fact that exercising throughout will benefit you.
